Welcome to Temple Nutrition! We specialize in quality produce, grass fed hormone free meats and speciality local items. We offer a Farmers’ Market experience, with a modern twist!

Through our innovative concepts of supply chain to consumer practices, we have completely evolved with the current times to revolutionize how you can obtain your essential groceries.

The quality of our products, will be unlike anything you have experienced from large-chain grocery stores. Through our modernized methods and the strong relationships we have built with local farmers, we eliminate all of the long-sitting downtimes where products quickly lose their freshness. Often times the produce we source was just picked within days from harvest. You will notice longer lifetimes in your fridge, as a result.

We offer artisanal vacuum sealed meats including various steak cuts and grades, burgers and sausages, as well as cuts of chicken (organic as well), turkey, pork, and a selection of game meats. All of the meat we purchase is Canadian raised, free from antibiotics or hormones. The vacuum sealed packages are BPA free and sous vide friendly!

The colour, taste, and overall freshness of all of our products, is often an experience of its own and one that we are extremely proud of.

We also offer a long line of baking ingredients including organic, gluten free, and “harder-to-find” baking items.

We have partnered with some amazing local businesses to reach a wider audience who appreciate specialty items. We love working with local businesses and will continue to grow our specialty products as we grow!

Hi! Welcome! I’m Milena and my partner Derek and I own and operate Temple! We met at the gym in 2015 and fell totally in love, had a baby, bought a house, quit our government jobs and started building TMPL in 2018 – actually as a Meal Preparation + Delivery Service, servicing Dufferin County and North Peel Region! We ran a very successful small business cooking healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and treats for many families each week.. until Covid happened.

In March of 2020, our busy families were not so busy anymore, working from home and having more time to cook. We quickly and entirely changed our business model to offer quality produce, artisanal meats and started to partner with some pretty amazing local businesses to bring fresh quality food to our families at home.

Fast forward through a very scary year for us where we almost lost everything.. and Temple is now operating on a Farm in Rockwood. We are proud to deliver quality fresh produce and meats to our entire delivery area 4 days a week! From Vaughan to Guelph, North to Shelburne and everywhere in between!

When we are not working we love to workout, eat vegetables, live a healthy Keto lifestyle and raise our beautiful 5 year old son, Ayden – he is our ‘why’.
