All orders must be submitted weekly, anytime before Tuesday to receive it the following Sunday. Simply select Sunday Delivery.
We deliver to your location of choice every Sunday. Please ensure that if we are delivering to your workplace that either someone is available to receive the package, or we can leave it outside with permission from your employer.
Our delivery boxes can be left outside and will maintain a 4degree C temperature for up to 10 hours on a hot summer day. This ensures your food stays fresh and safe. When you arrive home, please put all of the meals in your fridge.
We recommend 4-5 days in the fridge for optimal freshness and up to 90 days in the freezer. We always recommend that you enjoy your meals fresh and don’t necessarily recommend freezing them.
If you don’t plan on consuming your meals within 5 days of receiving them, then we would recommend freezing them to prolong their freshness. The containers the food comes in are freezer safe and can be kept in the freezer for up to 90 days.
All of our meal containers are microwave-safe. Simply open a corner of the lid and microwave for approx. 2 minutes (if your meal contains any sauce containers, remove those before heating). Heating time will vary depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference. Containers are NOT oven safe, but you can put your food on an oven safe dish if you prefer the oven. For the best flavour, we recommend all meals be reheated before consumption.

No, our gift certificates can only be used towards to purchase of meals featured on our website or in person at events where we’re acting as vendors.
We do not offer refunds on gift certificates, but would be more than happy to assist you in picking some meals to gift to yourself or a loved one.
